    Initially I was 6.9 then 6.2 for about 2 years and my last test was at 7. So that's why I' m on meds now :-(

    I have been given 500mg of metmorfun a day but not been ask to test myself and only have 6 monthly chek-up. Is that sufficient? Last blood test I had a level of 7.
