    vegetarian cookbook

    I'm 44, been strict veggie for 27 years, been type 1 LADA for 7 years. I find it a struggle, most of the downloadable cookbooks for diabetics include non vegetarian. anyone know of a 7 day veggie cookbook?

    Strange question :)

    My toe is longer! I have bad back pain knock, middle and lower spinal narrowing, sciatica down left leg. Why do you ask? Is there something I should know about? Also my hips are a bit stiff and painful if I've been sitting for a while.
