    Sugary Tea?

    I used to have 3 sugars in tea and coffe pre diagnosis. It's funny but I can go without the cakes and biscuits and sweeties but still crave a hot sweet drink. I know theres a lot of controvesey about it but I use Canderel (aspartame based). Anne-Marie

    Is cereal evil and a poor source of nutrition?

    As long as I stick to cereals with no added sugar such as shredded wheat, it doesn't spike my blood sugar. The Food Doctor do a cereal which claims to be low carb at only a few net carbs per serving. It was a bit like nuts and seeds with added cardboard though :D Anne-Marie
