    I'm back! I came back from Ireland to the floods and have been volunteering every day since - all coordination stuff so running around a relief hub, no exercise really. I have to get back to work Thursday so a new regime! The Fitbit gets a new battery and I'm putting my walking boots on again!

    Travel Insurance and Full Disclosure

    I use insure and go. I had to disclose my diabetes, my high blood pressure and what meds I'm on. A 12 month Europe wide policy was just over £50. My previous year's which was world wide was about £37. So not a massive difference but I feel better knowing that I don't have to worry about it.
