    Liver Reduction Diet

    Having had NASH myself, I very quickly improved my LFTs by eating low carb diet and taking vitamin E supplement daily. Coffee is also good for liver and I drink buckets of it. :D To be honest, liver doesn't bother me anymore since I've lost weight and sorted out my HbA1C.

    When I used to have high readings at the start, I drank a lot of water and went for a brisk 20 min walk. Once you change your diet, it becomes less of an occurrence.
