    Count the carbs, take the jabs. He's a Type 1, if he has his ratios right, there's no reason he can't act normally. I loathe and dread Christmas, but it's because of the probability of fights, and the snarky not-quite-arguments, and the brittle false smiles; nothing to do with being Type 1.
