So, somethings about me, well I'm a 60's something man from Ealing who now lives just outside Oxford, my name is Robert (Bob) and was born and bred in West London, during my teens and at school I ran for the county but nothing ever came of it, it grieves me to think now how fit I was in those days.
I started my working career as a printer/bookbinder and worked a 5 year Lithographic/Letterpress apprenticeship and a further 2 years training in Engraving, Embossing, Metal blocking book covers and bindings.
I am married and am as deeply in love today as I was when I asked my Linda's father for her hand 45 years ago, we have 2 children, my son is in the military and my daughter is a full time mother to my 2 grandsons, before which she was, is a singer, actor, entertainer.
I have a Springer Spaniel who loved nothing more than the seaside swimming on our camping holidays when the children were young.
I gave up smoking (heavy) 15 years ago and subsequently put on weight had my diagnosis of high blood pressure heart disease and DIABETES confirmed.
I do wonder what the future holds
