    Hi! Newly diagnosed type 2

    Hi all, I'm newly diagnosed (December 2016). Struggling to adapt to the changes I need to make despite having a significant family history of type 2. The truth is, I'm in denial and need to change quickly. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
