Just spoke to DN n feel much better now ! Weetabix is ok n gunna try almond milk . I’ve only been on it for a month on 1mg so she’s not worried as I had a bad kidney infection in November and this is reflected in my results so it’s just carry on as I am till April n then look at it again x...

Yes I do but it was 18 on waking had a weetabix at 7 and only 19.3 now so not spiked too much ! I’m just baffled why it’s so high in a morning !

Hi I have a weetabix or porridge for breakfast, I don’t eat at lunch n have cooked meal at night which is usually meat n veg but my appetite is very poor on ozempic don’t have many carbs as that makes my bloods high
