Migraine since age 14. Constantly looking for an answer. Recent understanding is back to old theories that migraine is a metabolic condition/hypoglycaemic headache so I'm looking at eating low carb to control blood sugar and see if this helps the migraines. I struggle with digesting fat after a stomach condition in 2013 so cannot manage keto diet. I also do not eat red meat, try to avoid dairy and fish is hit and miss with the migraines as they can be a trigger.
