I do the same. Used to take my Lantus all in one go but my bloods are way more stable now I split it 50/50. (First thing in the morning and just before bed)

I don't think I have lost any weight but I have had slightly smaller portions recently. It is just so rare for me to have these type of readings on a regular basis and such a significant drop from my usual readings.

Nothing much has changed in my diet or lifestyle recently although my appetite has decreased slightly.
