46 years old, I have T2 and also have COPD. Exercise is a ******, diabetes out of control, didn't get on with metformin, now testing sugar levels in the morning are about 13, so not the best.... Just want to get this sorted, it's a pain in the..... Well you all know.... I used to be an active man, was in the A,rmy, then 10 years in the fire service, gets me down I can't be as active, but that's enough moaning and feeling sorry for myself. Hi all, glad to know ya
