Ramipril is for high blood pressure and whilst I haven't taken it I did get prescribed Lisinopril once - not good - made me cough especially in the night when I kept waking up.

NHS guide lines on diabetes and pre-diabetes have not change significantly since I was training to be a dietitian in the late 1970s! Never did work as a dietitian though.

Try full fat Greek yoghurt or creme fraiche may be???
