    Muscle pain and aches

    Does anyone get aching intermittent pains in their arm muscles and thighs after long period of high blood sugars or a bad low. Stabbing pain in my biceps and triceps are torture and no other real reason for it and never had it before. Nothing like the usual leg cramps i would usually get
