    Broken pump whilst swimming!

So my pump cane up with an alarm whilst swimming this morning and when I looked it was full of condensation! I’ve called animas and they’re replacing it but I’m just a bit worried because there’s no cracks or anything and I can’t work out why it’s happened! I swim quite a lot and replace the...

Omnipod, Animas Vibe, Medtronic or Accucheck?

There's news today that the vibe is going to follow suit from America and be discontinued in the U.K. At some point in the future! :(

    Stress and sugars

Today I had an exam. I woke up at 6.30am with a sugar of about 7 on my finger prick. My exam was 9.30, I hadn't eaten breakfast and my sugar was up to about 13 ... I think the spike on the graph on my cgm is quite impressive! Proves how many things that we can't control affect us!

    Animas supplies

Hi, New to pumping :) I've got the animas vibe, I want to place an order for my infusion sets etc, just wondering how people get theirs delivered and how long it takes? I work Monday to Friday 9-5 sometimes 9-9 and weekends and would be interested to see how other people make sure they get...

Costs of cgm 640g vs vibe vs libre

I've been given the option of 5 pumps, I've narrowed it down to the ones with integrated cgm because my consultant said they may well be funded in the future and are generally more modern (especially seeing as I'll have it for 4 years!). He said it's possible to get funding but they'd have to do...
