well i had it done and nope i am proud to say i didnt cry lol the first time and it didnt hurt or bleed and i felt fine afterwards until i had some brekkie. then tonight injection still didnt hurt but left a tiny weeny spot of blood , i felt fine up untill i had my tea but then few hours...

oh so its D DAY today my appointment is at 9.10 with nurse at the hospital must say im not too worried now , just the thought of injecting lol will let you know how i got on when i come back later on today.

I have decided to do a video diary when starting the byetta on weds . what do ya think ? i just thought it could be usefull to see the effects it has on a person and also see how well it works over the coming months.

also i have seen people mention weightloss but not as to how much roughly they have lost in so many weeks or months, i know this is personal so if people dont want to answer thwen okie dokie lol :)
