My husband was diagnosed T2 in early June 2018 with HBA1C of 122. We adopted LCHF pretty much straight away. It was by no means an easy start for us, due to horrible complications (included diabetic macular oedema) in the early days. Thankfully, his HBA1C was down to 41 by November 2018 and things are more settled. I'm the main cook and we both eat pretty much the same. I've lost over 3 stone so far and dropped down from a size 18 to size 14. The journey continues......
