I sympathise deeply with you as i am going through the same. But use this forum to the max. As everyone on here is so helpfull. And you learn a lot. Hang in there and look at the positives rather than the negatives. You control your diabetes not visa versa. Best of luck

After researching the lchf diet kindly suggested by members of this forum i have decided its worth a try. Got to be strict with myself and see this one through and hopefully reap the rewards. Thanks to all that recommended this to me.
