Sorry I should've emphasised, Ketone sticks are expensive and the doctors will not prescribe any more. In terms of weight, I've lost 6 kg this week alone, I'm very active and eat healthy. Thank you so much for the help.

BG levels are at 17.4 and ketones are at 1.3 at the moment. I understand DKA can set in but I cannot see how the BG levels are reducing if the pancreas is damaged? Thanks for replying.
