    MINE IS BETWEEN 6.MMOL TO 8 MMOL. TRY AS I MIGHT DIET AND EXCERCISE WISE IT DOES NOT SEEM TO GO DOWN.

    mine was also 5.6 today. But it keeps fluctuating. Yesterday it was 9.4 I keep to a normal diet.

    Newdestiny x - Mine keep going up over 6 months. I do not have anything before testing. Just wash my hands.My fingers have been tingling and so has my feet.
