hi Im chris from Dorset , big hugs.im in the same boat as you. I have allways found the same thing in getting support . I have lost some weigth , but not easy to keep off. I think if you need support , it can come . if your like we can talk and support each other .

hi , only just read your thread , then is the Equality Act of 2010, which saids that Diabetic 2 is a disabled under the law

hi I have the same problem, sleep about 4 to 6 hours a night, luck I start work at 4 am

hi only join, before I was 18st 6. In Dec 2014, 17th Dec, a date fore ever in my mind , I had a heart Attack , found out I had Type 2, I was 18st 6, now I am 15st 8, Been a long hard figth,better, but still carrying on the diet, not sure when it going to end,

It happens to me as well , not sure what cause it, also I get needles and pins in my right arm

trying to find out how you are look after if you have a job, and how Diabetes effect you in doing it.

hi im christopher, found out that I have Diabetic , when I had a heart attack, in 2014, I feel worry what is going to happen in the future, as I do a hard job. At my age 59, then is no future after I lose this job, but I carry on in hope things get better
