Bluenosesol

Diagnosed in May 2009 and due to the doc's prognosis, I thought my life had ended and was told I would be on insulin in 2 years. 6 years on, HBA1C around 5.5 every time (old money). Diabetice reviews reduced to annual and most days don't even remember I am diabetic. 18 1/2 stone on diagnosis. Got down to 13 stone in 6 months. now fluctuate between 15 and 17 stone.
