    Insulin Initiation Dose Calculator (Type 2 Diabetes)

    When using the dose calculator is dose indicated for the day( I inject twice daily) or just for the AM dose. If it is for the first injection, is there a recognised method of calculating the second. Thanks in advance. Great Site.
