How old is she? My daughter didn't like it at first as she "looked different" at age 10 but bought her an emoji cover for it (wearing dabbee website) and it settled. She tends to clip it to her pjjamas to sleep but uses a belt at school
We gave up on mios too as they kink at inappropriate moments. Sure T are fab and my daughter loves them as they never fail. We change every 2 days or occasionally 3 if we forget
You need to watch foods high in vitamin k unless you are suitable to switch to a newer doac instead of warfarin? Then you can eat all the spinnach you like
OK we are up and running with new sensors. Different tape to go on top and they last 7 days but that seems main difference. I have a new inserter (but looks very similar to old one) and charger is exactly the same. 2 hours to warm up so no change there sorry
I tried to order them but they are out of stock and neither do they have the transmitter which is needed for it. So I guess we stay with the old ones for now!
So are you saying you can't test at all as your hands are so affected or you can't write down the result? There are some other meters that Bluetooth to a smartphone if you can do the test: gone test lite smart and wavesense jazz do one
Hello. Has anyone who uses medtronic pimp with elite sensors been moved to the new transmitter? Is it the same insertion device and just the same to use? We need to move across by June apparently
There is a limit to how closely you can watch them. In our case the severe hypos led to nocturnal fits and emergency admissions. Then having to face the consultant after a night on the ward looking very haggard. I do sympathise with you. The pump has been a game changer in the long run but was...
Yes been accused of that as well. They put my daughter on a pump with a sensor and I upload data every few weeks. It has kept things more stable although takes time to fine tune the basal rates. Good luck
