Fixed doses 5unit before each meal

I have been have hypo this days and the funny thing is that after taking the short acting insulin and my meal I still got hypo and this is really making me uncomfortable and also I don’t know maybe it’s my diet that’s affecting my glucose level to keeps dropping like that .
