I am type 1 yes. My meter for testing ketones has been out of use for quite a while. I’m supposed to be getting a new one soon though. It’s just an off chance that I’ve tested my sugars now. I’m not showing any symptoms of high sugars though so I’m a bit confused

Hi, I’m experiencing quite a lot of high sugars lately but it has got to the point where I don’t even have symptoms as such. I’ve just tested my sugars and they’re at 27.7 mmol/L I get symptoms of lows at around 15 mmol/L. Not quite sure what to do or how to go ahead given the current situation...
