    Hi folks

    A wee update.. Spoke to the nurse and shes happy for me to go diet/lifestyle change instead of the medication route to start with :) Started getting pins and needles in my forearms and hands and also my calves so to go to the docs tomorrow :(

    Just diagnosed last week with type 2 so still at the *** stage Woke up from nightshift sleep today (5hours) and my arms and hands dont feel right feel a wee bit numb slightly tingling. Bloods were 9.1 before I went to bed and 7.4 at 1.30 Anyone had this
