Anyone give me any advice on Gastroparesis with Diabetes ? Just considering diet which needs changing from high fibre, bit confusing after 55 yrs of having everything brown and fibrous now need to go white but lots of fruit and veg as usual . But salads out ? Any tips people ? Thanks

Yes I've had 2 painful trigger fingers with Cheiroarthropathy. Physio eased pain but needed surgery to resolve function problem. Very successful many years ago with physio afterwards to prevent scarring.

Hello all ! Anyone found an insulin that's especially good for sensitive tissues ? Have been Type 1 for 55yrs and now on Ypsomed pump and Dexcom G6. Reverted to Novorapid to start pump therapy but got swelling at infusion sites. So then on Lyumjev but it's no better even with oral antihistamine...

I find all my skin dry so always use moisturising shower gel and hand cream and epaderm on feet plus Nivea liquid on body. Especially dry after swimming. Sunshine and suncream regularly is good in summer. Type 1 for 55yrs

Am on an Ypsomed pump and Dexcom cgm for past 4 months but used several different pumps since pregnancy in 1985. The best thing I have found is how great they are at night after years of unexplained highs and lows. So smart ! Feels like a new lease of life after broken nights for so many years.
