I only found out I was Type 1 about 5 years ago after being misdiagnosed as Type 2 for 3 years.
Still dealing with the physical damage caused by the misdiagnosis. Doctors only realised the mistake when I was rushed to hospital weighing 43kgs and a BGL of 37. I'm 175cm
