6.3 for me this morning. Had a better nights sleep from 1030 to 0600 which is the most I've had in a while. Libre showing 5.5-6.0 overnight.

7.1 this morning. Averaged around 6 overnight according to Libre graph.

6.9 for me today. Although my breakfast of greek yoghurt and a M&S berry & Seed mix that I normally have has sent me over 10 for a bit as opposed to the usual little rise it gives.

7.2 today after a not very good nights sleep.

7.5 on getting up. 6.0 on going to bed. Libre showing the usual 5.6-5.8 all during the night.

7.3 on getting up. Nice and steady overnight around 5.8.

7.6 on getting up today. Another night of sitting just under 6 on the libre. Few small ups and downs.

7.3 on getting up just before breakfast. Sat around 5 all night on the Libre. Got a call with Diabetes team this morning and going to ask how to reduce the spike when getting up.

Sat just under 6 all night on Libre. It rose to about 6.9 on getting up and levelled off there. 5.8 was the fingerpick reading at 0755.

7.6 for me on fingerpick at 0755. Bit higher than I was hoping for. Pouring with rain in SW Scotland. Hopefully it stops this morning.

Thanks, I will base it off my finger prick and do it just after getting up before I take the Gliclazide. Will see how consistent that gets me.

Morning all, according to Libre I sat just under 6 all night. Finger prick when tested before breakfast was 7.1. Is testing as soon as I get up best or do it before getting out of bed? Finger prick was about 30 minutes after getting up.
