I am so puzzled, the DB nurse at the hospital and my DB nurse at the health centre encourage me to eat plenty of Carbs. Then I come on here and it's just the opposite. I am type 2, and my waking bg count is usually 5.5-6.0 I take 1 metformin a day. :?
