What are the alternatives to U500 then? I use in excess of 300 units on a good day (food wise) and 400 or more on bad one. Most pump chambers are 200 now which is one of the main reasons for going to U500.

I don't know why he said it almost out of nowhere, and to be honest he could have said the earth is flat and the moon is made of cheese, nothing really went in after that! This is supposed to be a diabetic specialist in a diabetic clinic at my hospital.
