I was wondering what your diet consisted of. Was it low carb? Calorie controlled?
Aside from running 15 to 30 miles a few times per week, did you do any other type of exercise?

So tonight I went to bed around midnight with a blood sugar of 8.0. My CGM then marks that it went down to approximately 6.0 around 1am. Then, out of the blue, it spiked up to 16.1. I cannot find a reason for this... has this happened to anyone before?
The only reason I can come up with...
