Working on all of the above, but kind of blown away by the T2 diagnosis on top of it all. Want to fight it hard so have made serious lifestyle changes and am working hard to keep going. Caved in and took the meds so not Keto at the moment, but still pretty low carb.
Supportive husband, friends, therapist and parents, however my cats remain indifferent.
Aspiring stand up comedian, because everything else isn't hard enough already.
