Thanks for your advice , I have ordered sum ketone test strips , I will stop taking the rasberry ketone capsules & consult GP , I have drastically altered my diet to suit diabetes , hopefully I can beat it !! Through weight loss & diet I have bin told its reversible , fingers crossed !!
