    hi everyone, I am receiving chemotherapy at the moment and have just recorded blood sugar of 31.7. I have type 2 usually very well controlled. I think it must be the steroids, anyone had similar experience?

    metformin causing sickness

    Hi Swordy, I could not tolerate Metformin at the start of treatment. GP changed my tablets to slow release ones and have had no trouble since. Hope this is helpful Regards Catherine123

    Thank you for posting. I am type 2 and have been low carbing since November. I started on Hba1c of 76 and have already come down to 56. The only problem I have had is on long walks, our area is very hilly. Can feel slightly faint and sweaty, so I design my walks to be mostly downhill on the way...
