Thank you! I still don’t quite understand, as I took my fasting blood this morning which was 5.0 and then and hour and a half later (when I’d eaten a couple of pieces of toast) and it was lower! At 4.7, shouldn’t it have gone up as I’d eaten. Maybe I’m not eating enough?
