    Sounds perfect. The very obvious statement is to have some sugar / sugary drink on you in case you start feeling hypoish - but I guess you've sorted out what you personally need as you're already walking.

    Diet sheet

    I have been a diagnosed type 2 since 2000 (and on insulin for years too) and have had some good periods losing weight (I am 21 st now), but generally find it hard sticking to a healthy diet. The novelty of starting a healthy diet again has somewhat worn off! Can anyone recommend a good diet...
