Thanks for the nice words everyone. @Terrytiddy I have been put on Metformin (2 a day). Yes I do need to lose weight, put on a bit of weight as a result of depression and medication. I'm not sure about HbA1c numbers, but my Dr mentioned something about 7.1 and that 6.5 or above was diabetes...
