    I forgot to say: I just follow a normal (healthy) diet. Of course, as well as keeping blood sugar under control, it's also important to have low-ish: 1) Weight; 2) Blood pressure; 3) Cholesterol; 4) Stress. So, I wouldn't bother with 'faddy' diets! Cliff
