T2 since 2011. Non-diabetic BG levels since February 2016. No diabetes meds since March 2016. Newcastle diet brought BG control through rapid weight loss. Low carb with sufficient full fat food now maintains BG levels.
I fully support Newcastle diet with medical support and supervision. Newcastle diet is not the end though. Not a quick fix.
