    No. I am using at home urine stripes and the result was mild ketosis. On 10-th January this year I tested my urine in a Lab and the result was 15 mg/dl (normal range is < 5). My daily goal for carbohydrate is 20 grams, but it depends on how much and what vegetables I eat.

    Around 20-50 grams per day. All carbohydrates come from vegetables (I need fiber). I don't eat any sugar, bread, rice, potato, pasta, cereals ... at all. Some day I eat 25-50 grams of berries, but not often.
