CMDG

Been a well controlled (pills) type 2 diabetic for coming up to 30 years. Unfortunately I've recently gone into heart failure with the cardiologist prescribing dapagliflozin plus numerous other drugs as its apparently known to help diabetics in heart failure. Glicazide was dropped. Suddenly I'm having to monitor my blood sugar daily for fear of a hypo. My morning blood glucose readings are a persistent 10 to 12 mmol. Too high? What next?
