Type 2 diabetic diagnosed in January 2016.
I did so well ... May 2018 changed all that with losing mum unexpectedly.
I have to get myself fit again following further tragedies that knocked my
confidence and led me into depression. My son died. My fiance left me.
So, after licking my wounds, and losing my health, I am fighting back.
