    Thanks, I am just so disappointed in myself. Feels like needing to start from scratch again, suppose it is, but starting from a place of chronic stress and burnout is harder.

    Thanks everyone. Talking to the diabetic nurse today and hopefully my consultant. I just dont want to have to be told to go on insulin ( happens alot in pregnancy) its giving me anxiety. Bit whatever will be will be.

    Thank you both. It's just according to diabetes.org type 2 in pregnancy should aim for 5-7 fasting and 8.5 2 hours after eating. Which is doable.
