Hiya,
I'm Beryl, I have been T2 diabetic for 20yrs or so, I am struggling at the moment
with all kinds of different readings and are becoming a little depressed, although
not enough to spoil my outlook..
After all this time I find/learn that sugar free foods maybe sugar free! but there are hidden ingredients that can still harm. It was on the Diabetic UK Webb site I found this out and was stunned.. The S/F mints are now Binned. I shall see if my readings
get more on target.. without them.
Thanks for Reading
Bezzee
