    Been a bit quiet lately as have had a lot going on. I was 6.8 this morning despite having less than 100g carbs yesterday :(

    There is a mine of brilliant information on here. Just diagnosed type 2 myself 9 days ago and have my first appointment with the diabetic clinic tomorrow. My hubby is type 1, so I have some knowledge, but I must say it has been very useful reading through everything here. :)
