Guilty. I've quit and restarted time and again. There's always been something in my life over the past few years that's cracked off and I've reached for the cigs in response.

I have had T1 for 36 years and was diagnosed with fibro Nov 2016. I'm currently having a major flare, I suspect brought on by recent surgery. Right now I'm finding it very hard to juggle all 3 things at once, go through the menopause, and "keep going" and stay sane!
