Enjoy living in Inverness as it is so beautiful, lots of lochs and mountains.
Diabetes fairly well controlled, but go off the rails sometimes. Try to do low carb, and I know it works as I lost a lot of weight and felt really good, but fell off the wagon. Still trying to get back on.
