Thanks, I completed tours of Afghanistan which is where the PTSD came from, as you can imagine I've witnessed some horrific scenes. I've always been fit and healthy and no one in my family suffers with type 1, hence why I thought there could be a connection

I just wanted to put out there to the followers of this page a question. My question is, did anyone who was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, get their diagnosis after a traumatic event, or did a diagnosis of post traumatic stress disorder happen before the onset of type 1 diabetes???? I ask...
